Terms and Conditions
Upon receipt of your instructions, Admin LifeLine Ltd will send the Client an Agreement with a reference number, outlining the schedule of the work to be undertaken. This will list full details of the tasks and any specific requirements by the Client together with the anticipated costs involved. Admin LifeLine Ltd will notify the Client immediately if there are any changes to the original Agreement. Written confirmation to vary the Agreement MUST be provided before the assignment continues.
All work undertaken must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the estimated cost together with a signed copy of the Agreement. Upon completion an invoice will be sent and the balance/full payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or via BACS.
Any late payments will incur a charge of 2% per month of the outstanding total. Any bank charges incurred as a result of unpaid or represented cheques will be added to the outstanding amount due and will be subject to the interest charge as outlined.
All our prices include any corrections that the Client may notify us of prior to the ‘final copy’ being submitted. Responsibility for the final proofing of errors rests with the Client. Admin LifeLine Ltd will not accept responsibility for any errors found after the final copy documentation has been returned to the Client.
Admin LifeLine Ltd is a professional organisation and will not participate in any activities in contravention of any legislation. This includes Data Protection, Copyright and any breaches of any known laws either in the UK or outside the UK where appropriate. Admin LifeLine Ltd cannot accept any liability for the legal action taken as a result of any of the documentation produced by us or for any claims by third parties.
Any information received by Admin LifeLine Ltd either electronically or via disks, CDs or memory sticks will be scanned for viruses. Emails which have unexpected or suspicious attachments will not be opened. Please ensure that any information being sent to us is clearly marked with your business name or the assignment reference number. Any information supplied by Admin LifeLine Ltd will be thoroughly checked prior to being returned to the client.
All information received by Admin LifeLine Ltd will be treated in total confidence. No documents or correspondence will be disclosed to a third party, unless specific instructions, in writing, are received by the Client. All the information held on our computers is securely maintained and backups are taken daily.
All assignments will be retained on our records for period of 6 years, which is in accordance with the current guidelines on retention of records. If, for any reason, you do not wish details to be retained, please notify us on completion of the assignment
